RN/LPN Services

• Tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Apnea monitor and pulse oximeter oversight
• G-tube or J-tube feeding and maintenance
• Central line management – flushing, dressing changes, IV antibiotic administration
• Seizure monitoring and rescue medication administration
• Medication administration (PO, IV, GT)
• Developmental milestones and growth tracking
• Parent and caregiver education and training
• Coordination with school nurses, therapists, and pediatric specialists
• Skilled care for conditions including:
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Spina bifida
  • Muscular dystrophy
  • Traumatic brain injury (TBI)
  • Congenital heart disease or chronic lung disease

CNA/HHA Services

• Bathing, dressing, diapering, and personal hygiene
• Feeding assistance and proper positioning for aspiration prevention
• Transfers, mobility, and range-of-motion exercises
• Companionship, play therapy support, and social engagement
• Light housekeeping and cleaning of medical equipment
• Observation and prompt reporting of changes in condition
